What marvelous depth and complexity in the colors! There's an amazing amount going on there in terms of working successive layers of color application.
This is just one in a series he did that was collected in a book called Quatre-Vingt Huit. If you go to Quenched Consciousness and search on that name (possibly without the hyphen), you'll find more. The patterns and color schemes vary, but they all have a lapidary look.
