Obama's speech was good, but Barney Smith, Joe Sixpack Republican from Indiana, got the best zinger that I saw: "Republicans talk about putting country first, but tell that to Marion, Indiana. They sent my job overseas. We need a president who puts Barney Smith before Smith Barney."

Did they scour the country looking for a bitter Republican named Barney Smith?
