There are a lot of times my emotions sneak up on me via physical sensations -- allergy attacks, for instance.

One of my clues should have been that I feel like I'm having some kind of vague acid reflux or indigestion that doesn't really go away. Don't know how to describe it exactly, but when I told you on Thursday that I felt like maybe I'd eaten some bad food, that's what it was. Now I think it's just an expression of emotional upset.
