LJ error

Since at least late yesterday, I haven't been able to upload pictures to my Scrapbook. There is an error at the top of the Upload page: '[Error: Can't locate object method "in_class" via package "FB::User" at /home/lj/cgi-bin/LJ/Nav.pm line 385. ]' It appears to me that others can still upload pictures. Should I report this to the support people?

Update: Problem solved, and it was unrelated to the error message.

Alrighty. I have submitted a support request.

Turns out I was trying to upload a file type (BMP) that LiveJournal will not abide.

I love it when they send error messages that the average user can't possibly be expected to understand.

Especially when it turns out that the support staff can't understand them either.

And in this case it appears that the error message had nothing to do with the problem I was having. A false positive!
