I think you're right. I didn't even see that when I took the picture, and when I finally spotted it in Photoshop I thought the second word was 10 MB.

Yeah. Which means I've spent the whole rest of my life looking at moderately steep streets and saying "That's not a hill." And I'm amazed when I look down the length of 63rd now. I used to skateboard and ride a bike no-hands down that street. *shudder*
