I like these moebius comics you've been posting. Is John Woo a character in one of the comics or is this a reference to the Hong Kong director?

I don't know for sure, but I believe these two panels stand by themselves (i.e., they are not part of a story) and that this is, indeed, a surreal reference to the Hong Kong film director. It looks like a doodle to me -- something he tossed off.
