The boys came over again last night. Beer was consumed. Click images to embiggen. Red numerals indicate the order in which we drank. My head hurts.

So, I'm guessing you and your head are going to skip the pseudo pub meet (insert hyphens where appropriate) this afternoon.

Yes, I think I've had my fill of beer for now. I look forward to reports on the new pub, however.

I was dithering about going, and Soren asked me if you were likely to be there...and then I saw this post and quoted it to him.
(I really was going to hop the bus and go, but Jane pulled loaves of fresh bread out of the oven, and I got distracted.)

and the Novacon beer mat in the foreground is a nice touch.
Leinies Russian imperial stout? Crikey.
In my day, Leinies came in two flavors, Leinies and Bock. We had to walk to school then, 3 miles in and 4 miles back home...

Yeah the Leinenkugels caused a double-take for me, too. I think Scott brought those back from the Midwest, along with a variety of New Glarus bottles.
