Christmas is coming, and I'm going

I'll be heading down to my parents' house in Central Oregon later today. Presents for the niece and nephews have been wrapped, and wine has been purchased. All I need to do is pack. The weather forecast for the area says we might get some snow down there tomorrow, which would be nice. With highs in the mid-40s, it probably won't last long, and that'd be fine too. I'm returning to Seattle in the evening on Christmas Day.

Belated happy solstice to everyone. I propose a toast to longer days in Northern lands!
